Our in-house Empl catering assures the satisfaction of all our guests, be it conference catering or an exclusive gala buffet. Our experienced kitchen team guarantee fresh food at outstanding quality.

Lunch in the self service cantine area (from 11.30 to 13.30 hrs):

There is a daily choice of three varied main meals, with at least one vegetarian dish. Additionally, you will find a generous salad buffet and a different soup of the day as well as a delicious dessert buffet to tempt your appetite.

Lunch in the VIP Lounge (reservation required):

Our VIP-Lounges provide an exclusive ambience for 2 to 32 persons to enjoy undisturbed lunches. The choice of meals available is undeniably of Haute cuisine standard and can be personally arranged with the expert assistance of our Head Chef. Table service is included in the price, with designated service staff on hand to personally look after our guests.

Conference catering for seminars, workshops etc.:

Event participants may enjoy the use of our foyer / bar area and panorama balcony during refreshment breaks. Ideally accompanied by healthy catering. Standard conference catering:

  • Coffee all morning and/or afternoon
  • 1x alcohol free drink per person
  • 1x exclusive sandwich or 1x Danish pastry per person
